How Much Do All-on-4 Dental Implants Cost?
All-on-4 starts from $20,000 + GST per arch for suitable four-implant cases. Some patients need five or six implants for additional support, and those cases may cost more. The exact implant count and final price are confirmed at consultation after your 3D imaging and jaw assessment.
Treating both arches also costs more than a single arch, your dentist provides the combined price at consultation. See our full comparison of All-on-4, All-on-6, and All-on-8 for the clinical differences beyond price.
Your dentist examines your jaw structure, reviews your medical history, and takes 3D imaging before quoting a final price. You receive that quote in writing. No treatment starts before you’ve reviewed and confirmed it.
All-on-4 Cost Breakdown: What’s Included and What May Cost Extra
| Component | Cost status |
|---|---|
| Consultation | From $20 |
| CBCT 3D scan and digital planning | $150, billed separately |
| Surgical placement of implants (4 to 6, depending on your case) | Included. Price adjusts based on the number of implants placed (4 to 6), confirmed at consultation. |
| Temporary bridge (surgery day, where clinically suitable) | Included |
| Medications and post-op reviews | Included |
| Final custom prosthesis | Included |
| Tooth extraction (if needed) | May cost extra, depending on the complexity of your case |
| Bone grafting (if needed) | From $950 + GST, quoted separately |
Not every patient needs bone grafting. The angled placement of the rear implants is designed to use existing bone and often avoids grafting altogether. Where it’s needed, your dentist confirms the cost at consultation, based on your individual scan. Read more about what a dental bone graft involves.
How the “Teeth in a Day” Option Affects Cost
Same-day temporary teeth come included in the standard package price, no separate charge applies when your case qualifies. Your dentist can assess suitability before surgery, but final confirmation depends on implant stability during placement.
Patients who don’t qualify for same-day teeth still receive a temporary solution during healing, just not fixed in place on the day of surgery. This doesn’t change the overall package price, it changes the temporary restoration provided while the implants integrate with the bone.
All-on-4 Bridge and Prosthesis: Material Options
The final prosthesis comes in acrylic or zirconia, each with a different tradeoff:
| Material | Lifespan | Force on implants | Best suited for |
| Acrylic | Replace within ~10 years | Lower | Patients prioritizing lower force on healing implants |
| Zirconia | Longer-lasting | Higher | Patients with strong bone density and no force-related concerns |
Material choice is a clinical decision made with your dentist, based on your bite force, bone condition, and aesthetic priorities. Confirm with your dentist whether your chosen material changes the quoted price for your case.
All-on-4 vs Dentures vs Individual Implants: Cost Comparison
Option | Starting price | Fixed or removable | Maintenance |
Full denture (acrylic) | From $700+ GST per arch | Removable | Periodic refitting as gums shift |
Individual implants (per tooth) | From $2,800 + GST each | Fixed | Same as natural teeth |
All-on-4 | From $20,000 + GST | Fixed | Same as natural teeth |
A full arch of 10 to 14 teeth replaced one implant at a time costs more than a single All-on-4 package, which uses only 4 to 6 implants for the same result. See the full denture cost breakdown if a removable option fits your budget better.
Your dentist recommends the right option based on how much bone you have left, how many teeth are missing, and what matters most to you, lower upfront cost or a fixed, permanent result. For the full All-on-X vs dentures comparison, see our dedicated guide.
All-on-4 Payment Plans and Medisave Coverage
Casa Dental is Medisave-accredited. For eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, the implant insertion component may be claimable up to $1,120 per implant, subject to CPF Board approval, procedure coding, and individual eligibility. Where the procedure qualifies as day surgery, day-surgery-related charges may also be claimable, up to the applicable CPF withdrawal limit.
Medisave does not usually cover non-surgical restorative components such as the final prosthesis or abutments. Casa Dental estimates your claimable amount at consultation and submits the CPF claim on your behalf once you’ve confirmed your treatment plan.
See how Medisave works for dental treatment for the general claim process.
CHAS may apply to qualifying general dental treatments needed before implant surgery, such as consultation, X-rays, fillings, or extractions, depending on clinical eligibility and your CHAS tier. CHAS does not cover the All-on-4 implant surgery itself.
Casa Dental offers 0% interest instalment plans over 3, 6, or 12 months through major bank credit cards, for the portion not covered by Medisave.
The figures above are estimates. Your dentist confirms your exact claimable amount and payment options at consultation. For Medisave rules specific to dental implants, see our dental implant Medisave guide.

If your bite needs adjusting outside this schedule, due to bone remodelling or a habit like grinding, your dentist confirms whether that visit falls inside your package or requires a separate charge. Ask at consultation if you know you grind your teeth or have needed bite adjustments before.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the $20,000 All-on-4 price include GST?
No. All prices shown are before GST. GST is added separately on top of the quoted price.
Is the All-on-4 procedure painful?
Most patients describe the procedure itself as comfortable under local anaesthesia or sedation. Swelling, mild bleeding, and jaw stiffness are common for one to two weeks afterward and respond well to the medication included in your package. Nitrous oxide sedation is available at Casa Dental for patients who prefer a more relaxed experience during surgery.
What's the difference between All-on-4 and snap-on (overdenture) implants?
All-on-4 at Casa Dental is a fixed, non-removable solution. Snap-on dentures, also called implant-supported overdentures, are a different product entirely: removable for cleaning and sleeping, attached to fewer implants, and not currently offered at Casa Dental. If you’re comparing the two, the difference that matters most is removable versus fixed, not just the implant count.
Is the All-on-4 price the same at all 9 Casa Dental branches?
Yes. The same starting price applies across all 9 Casa Dental branches. Pricing comes from one company-wide price list, not a branch-specific rate.
Why is All-on-4 priced as one package instead of per implant?
Single-tooth implants are priced per tooth because each one is a separate procedure. All-on-4 is priced as a package because the 4 to 6 implants, the prosthesis, the temporary bridge, and the follow-up care are planned and delivered as one coordinated treatment, not 4 to 6 separate procedures billed individually.
