Dr. Jasmine Lee (Co-Founder / Invisalign Speaker & Diamond Provider)
Dr. Jasmine Lee graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2008 and began her career in the Australian public sector before relocating to Singapore and co-founding Casa Dental in 2013. Her clinical focus is orthodontics and aligner treatment, alongside aesthetic dentistry, with a particular interest in helping patients achieve confident, natural-looking smiles.
Her postgraduate training spans orthodontics, aligner therapy, occlusion and aesthetic dentistry, including a Diploma of Clinical Orthodontics from the City of London Dental School, the Full Face Orthodontic Course, Occlusal Connection Levels 1–4, and the Aligner Orthodontics Masterclass.
Dr. Rocky Leung (Dental Surgeon / Principal Dentist)
Dr. Rocky Leung’s practice centres on implant surgery, bone grafting and full-mouth rehabilitation, from single implants to complex full-arch reconstruction. After graduating in Australia, he gained experience in Adelaide’s private and government dental sectors before relocating to Singapore in 2013.
His postgraduate training includes the Next Level Bone & Soft Tissue Grafting course, which involved 32 CE hours, as well as Advanced 1, a 40-hour implant training programme. His certificate record also includes training in full-arch rehabilitation, digital dentistry, orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry, alongside continuing education through programmes such as the Neodent World Tour.
Dr. Joleen Ngoi (Dental Surgeon)
Dr Joleen graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. During her time in Australia, she provided dental care in the public sector, where she gained significant exposure through treating patients with different dental needs.
Since returning to Singapore, she has worked in other private dental clinics before joining Casa Dental. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, in particular restorative dentistry and minor oral surgery.
Dr Joleen believes in taking the time to listen to the patient’s concerns before treatment to ensure a comfortable session. Her calm and gentle demeanour helps put anxious patients at ease. She hopes to help patients overcome their dental phobia.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, travelling and taking her dog out for a hike.
Dr. Ang Li En (Dental Surgeon)
Dr Ang Li En graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science (Honours). Her priority when practicing dentistry is patient comfort. She strives to allay any fear or anxiety by being gentle and approachable. Dr Ang finds fulfilment in establishing rapport with her patients and seeing them return regularly with their family members. She is aware that patients of all ages have varying concerns and priorities, and she is careful to cater to their specific needs. She believes that seeing a dentist can be a relaxing experience and a good habit to inculcate from young.
Dr Ang’s hobbies include baking and reading which she finds therapeutic and calming.
Dr. Peter Keith (Dental Surgeon)
Dr. Keith obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma and has practised in both Singapore and the United States, caring for patients from many different backgrounds in private practice settings.
He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special focus on dental implants, oral surgery, bone repair, Invisalign, and aesthetic dentistry. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Keith regularly attends additional training and courses to stay up to date with the latest advances, ensuring his patients receive modern and effective care. Dr. Charlene Yap (Dental Surgeon)
Dr Charlene graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2020.
Upon graduation, Dr Charlene served at National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore (NUCOHS) where she was given the Incredible Care Service Champions award. She also worked at National University Polyclinics and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital providing a variety of dental treatments across all ages.
Dr Charlene believes in continuing education and attends courses to equip herself with new skills and knowledge. She also participates in local and overseas missions and is a volunteer dentist at HealthServe, providing subsidised dental services to migrant workers.
She cares holistically about her patients and hopes that under her care they will feel comfortable and empowered.
Outside work, Dr Charlene enjoys picking up racket sports and is also a passionate musician.

Dr Serene Lau graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours). She has a wide range of clinical exposure across public and private sectors, including metropolitan and rural parts of Australia. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep her knowledge and skills up to date.
She believes in quality dentistry and takes pride in providing treatment with a focus on long-term function and longevity. She also appreciates the close link between oral health and general health, and is passionate about support patients of all ages and backgrounds in developing healthy lifestyles.
