Patient status — whether you are an existing patient and whether you were referred by someone

Please note that the treatment information you provide relates to your health. We treat this information with particular care and handle it only for the purposes set out below.

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

To contact you (by phone, SMS, email, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp) to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on your appointment
To prepare for your visit and provide appropriate dental care and advice
To verify whether you are an existing patient and retrieve relevant records
To attend to billing, payment, and insurance or installment arrangements where applicable
To maintain our internal records and improve our services
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected, or for purposes you would reasonably expect, unless we obtain your consent for a new purpose or are otherwise permitted by law.
